Happy New Year everyone! Here at Tonic we are struggling to keep all of our new year resolutions (we have so many!) – but cannot wait to freshen up our wardrobes! With spring around the corner, what better time is there to come up with six nice n’ easy style resolutions for 2016 than by taking notes from Spring/Summer ’16’s gorgeous trends?
Style Resolution #1: Play Up Your Stripe Game
We all know that stripes are a pattern that never goes out of style – this spring however, it’s set to be one of the star prints of the season after popping up in all the major designer shows. Here at Tonic we are big fans of pleats and were thrilled to see how so many pleated showstoppers dominated the catwalks. A street style favourite, pleats come in all shapes and sizes but Spring/Summer ’16 sees them being small and as breezy as possible – making a super chic and flattering trend.
