With London in bloom and the sun finally gracing us with its appearance, here at Tonic we’ve decided it really is time for all of our lovely customers to fully embrace all these spring vibes. We’ve also got three key Spring/Summer’17 trends covered that are realistic, achievable and fun:
- Florals: “Florals? For Spring? Ground-breaking” Yes, we all think of that infamous quote from ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ when confronted with florals yet again, but despite ‘ground-breaking’ probably not being the first word we would use to describe florals, this trend is without doubt the trend that, season after season, keeps on giving. So whether you’re a fan of ditsy prints or prefer something a little more statement-like, you’ll find the prettiest choice of floral motifs here at Tonic!
- Pastels: It’s only natural for us to lighten up when the temperature rises, and this season candy hues and neutral tones are having a moment. Chic and versatile, soft shades look fab when worn as a total look, but work perfectly with denim, dark blues and navy too. Pink is undeniably the star of the show, but if this apologetically sweet shade is not for you here at Tonic we have plenty of other soft shades that will give your wardrobe a fresh touch.
- Stripes: Like florals, stripes may not be the most original print on the scene, but it is definitely one of the most reliable looks and a timeless staple for many. This season however, stripes really are having a moment, appearing on many of the designer catwalks. To keep things interesting this season, look for stripes in all shapes and sizes.
